Anthony R. Cesare, B.S. J.D. President
Mr. Cesare is the President of Cristone Finanical. Cristone Financial, and or the principals thereof, manage several investment properties in Southern California.
Mr. Cesare received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the State University of New York in 1974. In 1978, Mr. Cesare received the degree of Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law.
Mr. Cesare has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1978 and a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1979.
During the past twenty-seven years, Mr. Cesare has been appointed as a Receiver for the Los Angeles Superior Court, has acted as the managing member of 50+ real estate investment projects throughout southern California and Nevada including residential subdivisions, apartment development and renovations, condominiums, commercial buildings and single family tract developments with combined values of $500 million. Additionally, Mr. Cesare has organized and was part owner of Top Property Management, a Los Angeles based property Management Company and Ernst & Haas Management, which is still actively engaged in real property management in the Long Beach area.
Mr. Cesare is currently or has been a member of several professional and business organizations including, but not limited to the Long Beach Commercial Brokers Association, the Apartment Owners Association of Southern California Cities, The California Department of Real Estate, The Long Beach Chamber of Commerce, The California State Bar Association, Nevada State Contractors License (TJ Development) and The Bixby Knolls Improvement Association (BIA of Long Beach) Board of Directors.

June Covington Business Manager
Prior to joining the company, Covington was a Business Manager with Urban Solutions. In her role with Urban Solutions, she managed three project engineers in the areas of City and County permits, monitoring over a half million dollars in fees, coordinating plans with Architects and acting as liaison with the Developer.
With more than twelve years of Management experience, Covington was manager of Aloha Resorts International which included five separate companies with over 200 employees, in the areas of accounts, insurance, bonding, tax and licensing and was one of two entrusted with approval authority for the President, Vice President and CFO.
Before joining Aloha Resorts International in Hawaii, Covington managed Allen, Haight & Schurwel, a major CPA firm in Irvine, California, where she developed her expertise in financial statements, analyses and budgets while guiding the firm into new areas of fiscal and physical growth.
Her versatile and dynamic management background includes holding the position of Vice President of Sales for Contemporary Designs, where she managed 65 Sales professionals in major metropolitan cities throughout the United States as well as 35 in Canada and increased accounts over fifty percent in two years.
Covington in her tenure has held a California Real Estate License, Import/Export Certification as well as a member of the Long Beach Real Estate Board and the Orange County Exchange Board. She loves her family, theater, arts, travel, and staying active within her home church North County Horizon.

Nina Dalzell Real Estate Acquisitions
Nina attended Pace University in New York where she concentrated her efforts on Marketing and Business. She was an active member of Pace's Entrepreneurial Club and continues to immerse herself in entrepreneurial literature and the associated lifestyle.
Nina is a licensed California Real Estate Agent and has been focusing on REO properties in the greater San Diego area. As the youngest associate of Cristone, Nina has a great desire to thrive in the workplace and is rapidly expanding her knowledge via the education her experienced associates provide. She takes pleasure in exploring new avenues in business and strives to embrace the experiences that the ever-changing real estate market provides.

Brian Lee, J.D., CPA Cristone Affiliate
Brian works with small to mid-sized businesses (and their owners) to structure sound, yet creative, tax, business and estate planning strategies. He has spent much of his career employed as a tax attorney in CPA and law firms in both the Chicago and San Diego areas.
After graduating cum laude with a BS in Accounting from Millikin University (Decatur, IL) in 1991, Brian worked in a small public accounting firm focusing on all areas of tax planning and compliance, as well as accounting, for small business clients. In 1995, Brian left public accounting to attend law school full time. He graduated cum laude from the Northern Illinois University College of Law in 1998 and, after becoming a member of the Illinois Bar, practiced law in the boutique business law firm of Clingen, Callow and McLean near Chicago where he specialized in sophisticated tax and estate planning for small to mid-sized businesses and their owners.
Brian moved to the San Diego area in 2003 and is now engaged as an independent tax and business consultant with many diverse business and individual clients. He also serves as a manager of several investment groups, managing the capital of his equity investors.
